Herbalife Halted After Sinking 12% as U.S. Unseals Criminal Charges By Investing.com

Investing.com —  Herbalife Nutrition Ltd (NYSE:) sank 12% on Friday before shares were suspended on reports that U.S. prosecutors have charged the company in a criminal case related to bribery in China, Seeking Alpha reported.

Federal prosecutors in New York unsealed an indictment Friday in court in Manhattan, Bloomberg Law reported.
