On the 9th of September, Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:) sold 535 thousand Axalta Coating Systems (NYSE:) shares for $12 million at an average price of $22.63 per share.
Shares of Axalta Coating Systems are up 2.39% since the transaction.

Berkshire Hathaway’s holding in Axalta Coating Systems decreased to about 24 million shares with the transaction.

Berkshire Hathaway first bought Axalta Coating Systems stock in the second quarter of 2015.

Other investors who also reduced their Axalta Coating Systems shares include Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss, Bridgewater Associates, and California State Teachers Retirement System.
In contrast, Burgundy Asset Management, Eminence Capital, and the London Company of Virginia added to AXTA shares.
